The LVR Job Tracker is an internal business application of Low Voltage Resources ("LVR"), Smithville, TN. It is used only by LVR staff for internal business purposes.

Information we collect

• User account details: name, email address and a hashed password.
• Business records: jobs, customer purchase orders, parts lists, receiving records, notes, vendor POs, expenses and invoices.
• If an LVR administrator connects QuickBooks Online: invoice and payment information from LVR's own QuickBooks company (invoice numbers, dates, amounts, balances, payment dates, and the customer and memo fields needed to match them to jobs).

How we use it

Information is used only to run the job tracker. Data from QuickBooks is used only to track the status of LVR's invoices and payments against jobs and purchase orders. When a user clicks "Create in QuickBooks", the tracker sends that invoice to LVR's QuickBooks company.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. It is accessed only by authorized LVR users and the service providers that host the application.

Security and retention

The application is served over HTTPS and requires a login. QuickBooks access tokens are stored server-side and are never shown in the browser. Records are kept as long as needed for LVR's business and accounting purposes. Disconnecting QuickBooks revokes the tracker's access tokens.
