End-User License Agreement

The LVR Job Tracker (the "Application") is an internal business tool owned and operated by Low Voltage Resources, 7592 McMinnville Hwy, Smithville, TN 37166 ("LVR"). It is used to track jobs, customer purchase orders, parts, invoices and payments.

1. License

LVR grants its employees and authorized contractors a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for LVR's internal business purposes. No other use is permitted.

2. Accounts

Access requires an account created by an LVR administrator. Users must keep their credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under their account. LVR may suspend or remove accounts at any time.

3. Restrictions

Users may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or provide access to the Application to anyone not authorized by LVR, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Third-party services

The Application may connect to third-party services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, only when an LVR administrator authorizes the connection. Use of those services is also subject to their own terms. The connection can be removed at any time from the QuickBooks page or from QuickBooks.

5. Data

Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, LVR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

7. Termination

This license ends automatically when a user's authorization is withdrawn or their relationship with LVR ends.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
